Refunds & Cancellation
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase/order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Every user availing services of our website has right of cancellation of the order. The demand for such repayment can be made by the user within 48 hours of placing the order. For the company registration, the availability of name will be confirmed and communicated within 24 hours of placement of order. The user has to confirm and accept the offer for the services on such communication. Once the confirmation is done the user will have no right to cancel such order.
The cancellation request has to be send to the company at email cancellation@sjccpl.in.
The company will review such requests for refunds and will review the entire contents of the client’s physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. The company will process and will make the refund within thirty (30) days of such request and the company will send a written response accepting or denying the request, requesting more information and the decision as to the refund remains completely within the discretion of the company.
Refund initiated will be credited to the account/card from where the transaction had initiated.
